Failed the virginity test; Two newlyweds broke up their marriage!
An Aghori type has emerged from Kolhapur district which is considered to be progressive. The incident took place after the newlyweds failed in the virginity test by breaking a tree branch and filling up the caste-panchayat.
Two young women from the Kanjarbhat community in Kolhapur were married to two brothers from Belgaum. On the first night of the marriage, the two young women were tested for virginity. Even more shocking is that the panchayat broke up the marriage by claiming that both the young women had failed the test by breaking a tree branch and filling the caste-panchayat.
Meanwhile, in this incident, the activists of Andhashraddha Nirmulan Samiti took the youth and their mother into confidence and lodged a case against both the brides at Rajarampuri police station.
