NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker Realme is all set to launch its latest X series smartphone in India. Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth also teased the launch of upcoming X -series smartphone in India.
Now a report by GSMArena reveals that the company might soon launch the Relame X9 smartphone in India. The report adds that Madhav Sheth has teased the image of Realme X9.
The report also suggests that Realme X9 is the rebranded version of Realme V15 5G smartphone which the company launched in China recently. The same smartphone also received certification from the Bureau of India Standards recently. This further confirms that the company is expected to launch the smartphone in India soon.
It is also said that the Realme X9 will come with the same set of specifications as the Realme V15 5G.
Realme V15 5G specifications
The Realme V15 5G comes with a 6.5-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor.
The Realme V15 5G packs 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. Users can further expand the storage by adding a microSD card. The handset comes with dual SIM functionality and runs Android 10 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of Realme UI.
The Realme V15 5G comes equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 4,310 mAh battery with 50W fast charging support. The smartphone sports a triple rear camera setup with 64MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 8MP ultra wide angle lens with f/2.4 aperture and 2MP macro sensor. The front is home to a 16MP selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture.
